Our covered indoor facility is conveniently located in Midland in the heart of cottage country. We have plenty of space to meet your demands to store all your boat storage items.
To ensure your peace of mind your boat will be parked and stored in our alarmed facility and all entry points recorded by a digital video camera system. So you know your prized vessel will be safe and secure
Winter Storage Price: $10 per square foot (please contact us for exact pricing)
Boats on trailers: (25 feet and under) $55.00 per linear foot for the winter. Over 25 feet is $65.00.
Boat Launch & Haul Packages
Which includes use of travel boat lift to lift boat out of water, bottom of vessel cleaned and blocked in our climate controlled facility (Storage fees are extra) and launched in the spring.
Price Based on Vessel Length
Up to 22' = $450.00
23 - 25') = $24.00 per foot
26 - 30' = $25.00 per foot
31' - 35' = $26.00 per foot
36 - 40' = $29.00 per foot
41' - 45' = $32.00 per foot
46 - 50' = $33.00 per foot
Over 50' = $ 35.00 per foot
PWC/Dinghy's = $350
To haul and launch using your own trailer is $90
